Free dental check up for the staff and students in th campus 9-8-2012


      FREE DENTAL CHECK UP FOR THE STAFF AND STUDENTS.

                The Dept of Botany  arranged a guest lecture and free dental check up in association with DENTY'S clinic, VIJAYAWADA and SHOBA OUTREACH MINISTRIES (voluntary organization)   for the staff and  students on 9- 8 -2012 . This was to give awareness on health and in precise about the dental condition.  
            The inception was with the words of welcome from the Head Dept of Botany Dr. B. Siva Kumari followed by informative introduction on health and it's importance and the present day world's scenario in the prospective of health from Fr.G.A.P.Kishore S.J, the principal's message.

                         Dr.M.V.Kiran Kumar garu M.D dental surgeon delivered a talk on  the topic 'THE TEETH ARE SMILING  BUT IS THE HEART? 
GUEST LECTURE BY DR. M.V. KIRAN KUMAR

 He explained the importance  tooth and various problems that they could be affected with and then it was followed by the advanced screening test for dental check up conducted by Dr. Ch. Tejeswi, Dr. Yamini and Dr.Dinakar. About 205 students and staff underwent this check up

     The program was monitored by Mr.K.Balachandra and Miss.Glory and it was a successful ending with the vote of thanks from Mr.P.Srinivasa Rao.
