Motivational Talk on “Your First Year, Your Foundation, Your Future” – August 24, 2026

Vijayawada, August 24, 2026: Andhra Loyola College (Autonomous), Vijayawada, organized a Motivational Talk on “Your First Year, Your Foundation, Your Future” for first-year students. The programme was organized by the Departments of Biological Sciences, in collaboration with CSB-IAS Academy.

Rev. Fr. M. Arul Jothi, SJ, delivered the Words of Welcome. Ms. M. Bala Latha, Director, CSB-IAS Academy, was the invited speaker and inspired students through her personal journey of clearing the UPSC Civil Services Examination. She emphasized self-belief, courage, determination and the importance of utilizing the next three years effectively to build a successful future.

Dr. A. Sree Lakshmi, Dean of Student Activities, introduced the resource person and participated in the programme. Dr. B. Siva Kumari, Vice Principal (I U.G.), organized the programme and served as the Master of Ceremonies. Rev. Fr. M. Arul Jothi, SJ, II U.G. Vice Principal, proposed the Vote of Thanks.

The programme concluded with the National Anthem, leaving students inspired to overcome challenges, recognize their potential and pursue their goals with determination.
